Hall, fifty-four years of age, a resident of Little Rock, Ark., and the insured under a $5,000 life policy issued by the Ætna Life Insurance Company, which policy contained a provision for monthly benefits in case of total and permanent disability, and a provision for double indemnity in case of accidental death, died on March 26, 1934.
