On the 5th day of December, 1934, Edward Othniel Brown, hereinafter referred to as the debtor, filed a petition in the District Court for the extension and composition of his debts under section 74 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U.S. C.A. § 202). Since the filing of the petition, the debtor has died, and this court, under date of December 18, 1935, on petition, substituted the executor of his estate, Edward Dexter Brown, as appellee...
