The sole question presented upon this appeal is whether section 305 of the World War Veterans' Act 1924, as amended, 38 U.S.C.A. § 516, 1935, Cumulative Supplement, was repealed by section 17 of the Economy Act of March 20, 1933, 38 U.S.C.A. § 717.
