This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of the United States for Puerto Rico of August 3, 1935, dismissing the complaint of the plaintiff, appellant, for want of jurisdiction. (See amendment of August 1, 1933.) The appeal was taken and allowed August 19, 1935. The original complaint was filed July 3, 1933. On August 1, 1933, an amended complaint was filed.
