This is a suit in equity to enjoin the defendant, Comptroller of the state of Maryland, from collecting from the complainant, a New Jersey corporation with a plant in Maryland for the manufacture of distilled spirits, an excise tax of 5 cents on each proof gallon of whisky or other spirits distilled for beverage purposes in Maryland, pursuant to the provisions of section 41B of article 2B of the Code of Public General Laws Supp. of Maryland...
