The Western Union Telegraph Company brought this suit in equity against members and the secretary of the Missouri state tax commission and the state auditor to enjoin the certification to the various counties in the state for taxation purposes of an alleged excessive and discriminatory assessment of the company's property as of June 1, 1932. Injunction was denied after trial of the issues in the District Court, and the company has appealed...
