This case is before us upon two appeals from an order entered in the lower court enjoining appellant as trustee under the debtor's First Terminal and Unifying Mortgage from accelerating the maturity of the bonds outstanding thereunder. One appeal was allowed by this court, while the other was allowed by the lower court; but they have been consolidated by order of this court.
