Appellant is the wife, appellees are the judgment creditors, of J. P. Brock. The suit was brought by appellees to cancel a deed Brock had made to his wife to three parcels of land in Troy county, including Brock's home, and one in Barbour county, Ala., and for discovery as to other assets alleged to be fraudulently concealed by him.
