Appealing from a judgment on a verdict for plaintiff in a war risk insurance case, the United States assigns three errors; (1) The refusal to direct a verdict for it for want of evidence of total and permanent disability while the policy was in force; (2) the District Judge's comment that the soldier's declaration at discharge that he had no disability was so manifestly incorrect that the jury need not give themselves any particular concern...
