This is an appeal taken pursuant to section 24a of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 47(a) by the trustee in bankruptcy of the Crown Investment Company from an order of the District Court which confirmed a challenged order of the referee in bankruptcy.
