This is an appeal from the decision of the Commissioner of Patents affirming the decision of the Examiner of Trade-Mark Interferences dismissing the notice of opposition of Rolland S. Trott, and holding that appellant was not entitled to the registration of the words "Floating Power" as a trade-mark, for use on engine mountings, on the ground that the alleged trade-mark was merely descriptive of the goods on which it was used.
