Fred Sweet, the Chief Probation Officer of this court, and filed herein, wherein it is alleged that the above-named defendant was placed on probation for five years in a mail fraud case, on March 6, 1931, and "that he has again returned to the crime for which he was placed on probation, namely, illicit sale of securities, and is now wanted for a violation of the New Jersey Securities...
