Appellees are the holders of city of Winter Haven bonds. Appellants are the city of Winter Haven, appealing from a judgment taken pro confesso, and property taxpayers who, after the bill had been taken as confessed against the city, were allowed to intervene, not as defendants, but as "friends of the court" to make "suggestions."
