This is an appeal from an interlocutory decree of the District Court holding the Virginia and Joan solely responsible for the loss of the Josie as a result of a collision between the two vessels which took place about 11 a. m. on September 20, 1934, on the high seas about 10 miles northeast of Thatcher's Island.
