This is an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia in a condemnation proceeding, ratifying and confirming the verdict of a jury which awarded damages and assessed benefits in connection with the acquisition of land for the opening of Forty-Fifth Street, Northwest, between Alton place and Murdock Mill road, in the city of Washington.
