This suit was brought on United States patent No. 1,684,653 for a foldable table, which was granted to Benedict E. Willett on September 18, 1928. Claims 1, 2, 12, 16, 17, 18, and 19 were put in issue. Of these claims 1, 2, 12, and 16 were held valid and infringed by the so-called cable form of table manufactured by the defendant.
