The suit is in equity. The hearing is on application for interlocutory injunction against respondents, members of the Railroad Commission. The claim is that under the authority of rules and orders the Commission has, wholly without jurisdiction, made requirements and exactions of complainants in regard to intrastate shipments of crude oil and products imported by it from the Rodessa field in Louisiana.
