This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in a personal injury case. Action was instituted by one William Drinkwater against P. F. Collier & Son Distributing Corporation and W. J. Long, one of its employees, to recover on account of injuries sustained by Drinkwater in a collision between a motorcycle which he was driving and an automobile driven by Long.
