On January 30, 1932, Union League Building Corporation filed its voluntary petition in bankruptcy and was adjudicated a bankrupt. Union League of Michigan, appellant, filed its proof of claim in the sum of $160,346.11. Upon objection by Union Guardian Trust Company, the trustee, the claim was disallowed by the referee.
