These appeals grow out of the reorganization of Great Lakes Warehouse Company of Toledo, under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 207 (11 U.S.C.A. § 207). Appellants Williams, Eversman, and Morgan, attorneys, appealed from an order denying them an allowance for professional services.
