In an action brought to recover on a war risk insurance policy, the trial court directed a verdict in favor of the government, and from the adverse judgment entered, plaintiff appeals.

Plaintiff enlisted in the United States Army, June 24, 1918, and was honorably discharged, January 31, 1919. The insurance policy upon which the action is based was issued on June 29, 1918, and was in force until August 31, 1919. The claim for disability...
