The patent for infringement of which appellant as plaintiff sought injunctive relief and damages is Pipkin No. 1,687,510, granted October 16, 1928, for an electric light bulb. The issues were referred to a master, who in an exhaustive report upon the evidence found the patent to be valid in each of its claims, and that the defendants, Save Sales Company and Max Ettinger, had infringed.
