Appellant, with five others, was jointly indicted for a conspiracy to violate section 549, title 18, U.S.C. (18 U.S.C.A. § 549). Prior to the trial, three of the defendants pleaded guilty. Pending the joint trial of the remaining three, one of them was dismissed hence by the district attorney, and on the trial another was acquitted.
