HUTCHESON, Circuit Judge.

Convicted and sentenced under internal revenue laws for possessing intoxicating liquor tax unpaid, Burke appeals. No question is made of the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict and there are but two errors claimed. One is in respect to a charge given; the other, to a charge refused. The given charge touches the issue of entrapment, appellant's sole defense. No objection was made to its giving, no request was made to amend it...
