This suit was for compensation under the Texas Workmen's Compensation Act (Rev.St.Tex.1925, art. 8306 et seq., as amended [Vernon's, Ann.Civ.St.Tex. art. 8306 et seq.]), for injuries consisting of a fracture of the semilunar cartilage and a tearing of the ligaments of claimant's knee.
