Appellees, as partners, initiated this proceeding in the bankruptcy court to cancel and annul a written contract of assignment, which in form assigned, transferred and conveyed to the Lincoln Trust Company an undivided one-third interest in and to the net profits to accrue on certain contracts which plaintiffs had with the Skelly Oil Company, also an undivided one-third interest in certain life insurance policies of Fred J.
