On September 19, 1935, Lehmann-Higginson Grocer Company filed a voluntary petition under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C.A. § 207).

It was alleged in the petition that the debtor is a corporation organized under the laws of Kansas, engaged in the wholesale grocery business, and that during the six months immediately prior to the filing of the petition, it had its principal office...
