On April 22, 1933, Fokker monoplane No. NC-9133 arrived from the British West Indies into Florida carrying about forty cases of liquors whose value does not appear, which were secretly unloaded in a field without the plane having reported arrival, been entered at the customs, received permit to unload or to proceed inland, or having filed manifest.
