This is an action at law instituted on June 16, 1933, by A. H. Freiberg, a resident and citizen of Iowa, against R. H. Pierce, a resident and citizen of Oklahoma, to recover $111,320.64. The bill of complaint set up 13 causes of action. Plaintiff's first 12 causes of action are bottomed on various business transactions between the parties during the years 1923 to 1927 involving notes, checks, drafts, certificates of deposit in a bank, and a lost...
