The United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company in 1932 issued to the Ruston Drilling Company its policy of employer's liability insurance, whereby it agreed "To settle and/or defend * * * all claims resulting from the liability imposed upon the assured by law for damages on account of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, accidentally suffered or alleged to have been suffered...
