This action was begun by the filing of a declaration in the district court by the appellee on the 17th day of June, 1932, wherein he seeks to recover under the provisions of a War Risk Insurance Contract. Issues were joined, and the cause tried to a jury. A verdict was returned in favor of appellee, finding that he was totally and permanently disabled on or before the 27th day of January, 1920.
