Suit was brought for infringement of two United States patents relating to refrigerated showcases, that is, the Peterson patent, No. 1,206,464, issued on November 28, 1916, on an application filed August 25, 1915, and the Ottenheimer reissue patent No. 16,941, issued April 24, 1928, upon an application filed February 8, 1928, upon an original applied for January 31, 1925.
