Appellants received an award from the Industrial Accident Board of Texas under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Law (Vernon's Ann. Civ. St. Tex. art. 8306 et seq.) for the death of H. H. Halleck, the husband of Louise Halleck and father of the other appellants, while an employee of the Sun Pipe Line Company. Appellee (the insurance carrier) filed suit to set aside the award.
