This is an appeal by the plaintiffs in an action to recover damages from the city of Houma, a Louisiana municipal corporation, for personal injuries sustained when an automobile in which they were passing through the city was driven by mistake off the end of Lafayette street into Bayou Terrebonne. The city was charged with negligence in failing to maintain adequate barriers or signs at the approach to the bayou for the protection of the traveling...
