The appellants, claiming under the Texas Compensation Law (Vernon's Ann. Civ. St. Tex. art. 8306 et seq.) for the death of their son from injury received in the course of his employment by Freeport Sulphur Company, were awarded nothing by the Industrial Accident Board, and sued in the state court to set aside the award.
