Appellant sells sand and gravel which it obtains by means of boats having equipment for pumping material from the bottom of Lake Erie, screening it, and returning overboard the water and rejected detritus. Two boats, which it used, have devices for this purpose which were found below to infringe appellee's patent. Appellee's patent No. 1,729,070, applied for February 27, 1926, and granted September 24, 1929, is sued on (claims 16 to 25 inclusive...
