Sess.), to enjoin the operation and enforcement of Act No. 36 of the Second Extra Session of the Louisiana Legislature of 1934, which amends Act No. 6 of 1899 (section 8), by making changes in the composition and personnel of the sewerage and water board of New Orleans created by said act, on the grounds that the...
