This is a suit to recover upon an ordinary policy of war risk insurance, issued to the plaintiff as a soldier in the World War and in force until a short time after his discharge on July 30, 1919. The plaintiff claims that he became totally and permanently disabled while the policy was in force. By a demurrer to the amended petition and by a motion to dismiss the action, the question is presented whether the suit was begun within the time prescribed...
