This appeal is from an order of the District Court affirming an order of the referee, which disallowed appellants' claims filed in the bankruptcy proceeding, and denying a petition to review the referee's order.

The claims arose out of the sale of appellants' stock in Otto Young & Company to A. C. Becken, Jr., the president of the bankrupt, A. C. Becken Company, and the acquisition of the assets of the Young Company by the bankrupt...
