This is an indictment in five counts charging the defendant, in counts 1 and 4, with forgery of two separate writings for the purpose of defrauding the United States, and, in counts 2 and 5, with ultering the forgery alleged in counts 1 and 4, respectively, and, in count 3, with uttering of a third alleged forged writing. The defendant was found guilty on all five counts, and his appeal is based upon alleged errors in the failure of the court...
