The plaintiff Morse brought this action against the defendant railroad company to recover damages for personal injuries under the Federal Employer's Liability Act (45 USCA § 51 et seq.). He was a signal maintainer in the defendant's employ, who was in charge of repairs of electrical apparatus of the latter, and, in order to do his work went from place to place along the tracks of the railroad...
