This is a suit for $20,000, with interest thereon at 6 per cent. per annum from July 1, 1929. The indebtedness is evidenced by 20 coupon, first mortgage bonds issued by the Atlantic Ice & Coal Corporation, now extinct, whose assets were taken over and liabilities assumed by the appellee, Atlantic Ice & Coal Company.
