An appeal from a decree of the lower court dismissing a bill of complaint filed by appellants, as plaintiffs, having for its purpose the setting aside of certain deeds of conveyance and other relief.

The property conveyed by the deeds in question, hereinafter called "the property," consists of parts of lots 36 and 37 in Yeatman's subdivision of square 288, and is known as premises No. 740 Twelfth Street Northwest, in the city of Washington...
