This is a suit in equity based upon alleged infringement of United States letters patent No. 1,601,455, which was applied for on July 27, 1923, by Charles F. Rubsam, and issued on September 28, 1926, to the plaintiff, Rubsam Corporation, as assignee of the applicant.
