The appeal is from a decree imposing penalties and costs upon the appellants as officers and directors in control of a corporation for civil contempt in the violation of an injunction restraining patent infringement. The patent was held valid and infringed by this court in Sun Ray Gas Corporation v. Bellows-Claude Neon Co., 49 F.2d 886.
