This is a personal injury case. Appellee, who was plaintiff below, was struck by an automobile on Pennsylvania avenue in Washington City, May 21, 1933. Originally there were two defendants, Leonard P. Walsh, and his brother, Joseph B. Walsh. At the close of all the evidence, the plaintiff took a nonsuit as to defendant Joseph B. Walsh. The case was submitted to the jury as to appellant alone, and a verdict was returned and judgment thereon...
