This is an appeal from an order granting an interlocutory injunction in a suit instituted in the court below by Mrs. Eva R. Eaves against the executors of the will of Mrs. Carrie E. Wannamaker and T. E. Marchant, receiver of the Edisto National Bank of Orangeburg, S. C. This suit, which we shall refer to hereafter as the "Eaves" suit, was in effect ancillary to a suit then pending in the same court wherein Marchant, receiver of the Edisto National...
