Appellant obtained a default decree for $6,687.50 in an Illinois state court, August 18, 1933, in a tort action predicated upon the fraudulent sale of bonds. The decree charged the debtor's assets with a lien for the aforementioned sum. Prior to the entry of the state court decree, however, an involuntary petition in bankruptcy had been filed against the debtor, who fought an adjudication.
