This is an appeal from a decree denying an injunction to restrain the prosecution of actions at law in the courts of the state of South Carolina. The complainant is the Pioneer Pyramid Life Insurance Company. The defendants are policemen and firemen of the city of Columbia, S. C., who until June 1, 1933, were insured under a group insurance policy issued by the Pioneer Insurance Company of Greenville,
