This is an appeal by an insurance company from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in an action on the double indemnity feature of a life insurance policy. In the view which we take of the case, the only assignment of error which we need consider is that based on defendant's prayer for a directed verdict, and this resolves itself into a question as to the coverage of the double indemnity provisions of the policy and the proof required thereunder...
